Frigidaire Commercial Laundry Washing Machine

The first commercial laundry machine that I really liked the was the Frigidaire washing machines. I really like Frigidaire because they are one of the best Refrigerator manufacturers (my fridge is made by them) and I‘m really happy with it. All their equipment is with great even awesome design, but a bit pricey. The laundry machine that I looked at was 3.1 cu. ft. Coin Operated Commercial Front Load Washing Machine with the following goodies:

- Commercial front load washer with 3.1 cu. ft. capacity and tumble action wash for gentle, yet effective cleaning
-4 Automatic wash cycles and 2 wash / spin speed combinations
- Automatic dispenser for detergent, bleach and fabric softener
- Factory installed coin chute and coin box with lock (REMOVABLE)

This looked quite interesting and and pretty simple to operate (also a thing that I like - you don‘t have to be a racket scientist to be able to wash your laundry)....

Actually you might be interested why I‘ve bold-ed the coin chute element as you know that I want this for my home not for commercial/public laundry needs. The thing is that I live in an apartment building with my family and relatives - actually its a big 4 story apartment building owned only by relatives. In one way this is good, but in another very bad thing. The part that sucks is that nobody has his own washing machine and currently they were abusing ours and that sucked because I go downstairs to wash my cloths and I find my uncle‘s pants inside and that sucks! That‘s why I‘ve decided to put a coin chute and make sure they pay in order to use the laundry machine. He he he .. Yep, you use it, you pay!

Actually this selfish reason of mine really made me look even further and try to find a good compatible dryer for that machine (the actual machine does not have dryer capabilities and it requires additional machine to do the drying). In one way that‘s a good thing because I can do my other laundry meanwhile which is not that bad.

Frigidaire laundry dryer machine

The dryer that I found was really nice and quite better looking than the washer. It had the following features:

- 5.7 cu. ft. commercial front loading dryer with factory installed coin chute and coin box with lock
- 45 minute non adjustable drying time and three drying temperatures: Low, Medium, High
- Dryer operating status light (I thought that was a standard feature)
- Operating instructions printed on console for added convenience (yep they had me in mind when they paced the instructions on the outside)

Actually this dryer is quite interesting and I‘m really considering it, but the overall price comes a bit high for my budget and I‘ll have to check out few other options first before making my decision. The Frigidaire Washer costs about $900 and the Dryer about $600 in total $1400 for my laundry machines. I guess my "roommates" will eventually pay it off for few years, but still I‘ll check out few more options first.
